Shipping

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

UPS is our default carrier, and Mint Displays will ship your package anywhere in the world as long as UPS visits your country. We have shipped trade show exhibits and accessories to a number of different locations, but we most commonly ship within the United States, Canada, Great Britain, and France.

Mint Displays will ship on your UPS or FedEx account at your request when possible. In some cases, shipping on your account is not possible. If you have a question about a specific order, we recommend asking our sales team at sales@mintdisplays.com or your sales representative.

Each trade show display or accessory we offer has a different turnaround time, and the turnaround times are clearly displayed on the product pages. Most of our exhibits can ship within 3 - 5 days, but large custom displays may take as many as 10 business days to produce. We never charge rush charges or handling fees, and there are never any hidden costs associated with shipping.

Large items or large volume quantities ship freight and must be quoted by a customer service representative. 

  • Once you have placed your order you will be notified of the shipping cost.

  • Freight is quoted location to location with no additional services. You will be responsible for all additional services including unloading from the truck. If you do not have a high dock / fork lift please let us know in advance to avoid additional costs.

  • Allow up to 24 hours for freight quotes as we strive to offer you the best rates. 

  • Freight companies do not guaranty on time delivery with ground service.

  • Request an estimate prior to placing your order at sales@mintdisplays.com

  • Please be sure to include: product code, ship to address, and whether location is a business or residence. 

  • For an accurate estimate please let your sales representitive know if you do not have a high dock / fork lift.
